New business space available in the middle of Lausanne’s international sports hub

More than 1,500 people working across over 50 sport organisations and various sport related companies call the Olympic Capital Lausanne their home. Many of them are located in the “Maison du Sport International” (MSI). This unique complex, set up by the City of Lausanne, the Canton of Vaud and the International Olympic Committee in 2006, aims to promote collaboration and build synergies among the different sport stakeholders. In order to allow new businesses and organisations to settle in Lausanne and help them benefit from this unique international sports hub, construction of a new building is underway directly next door to the MSI.

As of spring 2018, “Rhodanie 58” will offer new, modern office space spread over three floors. The new tenants will be able to make use of the infrastructure, services and social activities in the MSI. Three International Federations and some companies have already secured offices in the new building, but some space is still available.
