Proposal of structures amendment in order to train the actors and minimize the risks and the doping in cycling.

This project is an innovative approach of fight against doping. The main goal of the project is to amend the structure of the sport environment (in this case professional cycling) to improve the image, minimize the risks and minimize the doping by training of the different actors and modifying the structure of education of the different actors. 

The relationship between the different actors is examined and procedures and modes of organization such as the establishment of recognized training courses for players of sports training is proposed. The roles and limitations of actors is also clarified. A ratio between sports coaches, directors and athletes can therefore be imposed.
