6th Conference CAS & SAV / ASA Lausanne 2016

This seminar proposes, in its first day, to draw up an inventory of sports-related arbitration at the CAS: what are the challenges that the institution is facing? Speakers will deal further with issues that can be considered at the intersection of commercial and sport arbitration. The second part of the day will look at procedural matters, as well as on 20 years of work of the CAS Ad-hoc Divisions at the Olympic Games. 

The second day has now become a tradition, and will be devoted to case law review on doping and on international football matters.
