AZUM system provides smart training platform

Innovation alert - here is another promising solution developed recently by a Swiss start-up!

Are you a coach or athlete keen to take training to the next level? Then meet Zurich based start-up AZUM system and check out their new smart training planning tool for contemporary sports coaching. No matter if amateur or top athlete, this innovative solution provides for a customised platform for training and nutrition management. The user can design the interface according to personal ideas, create an own training library and store individual intensity zones, algorithms and instruction videos. The makers of AZUM system claim to focus on individualisation instead of standardisation, enabling an efficient, customised training. 

“We have only just begun our journey” says Dan Aeschlimann, founder of AZUM system. He reveals: “In the coming months new extensions will be implemented continuously to simplify the coaching. We are currently working on an AI that automates the coaching process to the extent that the coach only has to intervene when problems and new situations occur.” 

Dan Aeschlimann is a former professional cyclist and owner of MY sport. He developed the smart solution together with Oliver Marchand, a Ph.D. in computer science from the ETH Zurich. His larger team combines first-hand expertise in high performance sport and coaching with vast know-how in sport sciences, analytics and technology development.

The cloud version for coaches can be tested here for 30 days free of charge. AZUM system also offers individual support within the framework of 1:1 virtual meetings for all coaches interested in the solution. Dates can be booked here.
