Dear SPOT participants, 
innovators, 
pioneers, 
explorers,
open, creative and curious minds!

The second edition of THE SPOT is over… and we miss you already! We really enjoyed and appreciated spending the two days with you in Lausanne last week - talking, thinking and progressing together innovation in sport and physical activity. YOU – the participants – made the event a success: 

you were open and accessible, 
you shared your fresh ideas, 
you asked and replied to smart questions, 
you connected with each other, 
you inspired,
you cheered on our competing start-ups,
you discovered new products,
you found new partners,
you piloted drones,
you dived into virtual worlds,
you sweated in reality playing digitalised ball sports,
you smiled at us and our cameras 
…and so much more.

It was refreshing, even before the summer had really kicked off in Lausanne.

THANK YOU for having been just amazing and supportive during THE SPOT adventure. We hope it was a valuable and one of the better out-of-office experiences for you. We aim to build THE SPOT as the annual meeting point for a dynamic sports and innovation community….and we very much hope to see you again at THE SPOT next year - 12 and 13 May 2020 it is at the same location!
