Reliability analysis of heart rate monitoring device.

The World Archery Federation wants to increase the audience for their sport and enhance the visibility of Archery. They needed devices to measure the heart rates of their athletes. 

The particularity of the devices resides in the fact that archers need to have breast and arms free to shoot, thus they cannot use usual devices that are put on the top of the body. The project was in partnership with Professor Cédric Bornand of the HEIG-VD. The device developed is put on the leg, on the knee. 

The Center for Sports Medicine was mandated to demonstrate that the devices developed by professor Bornand were reliable. The different tests were conducted on high precision measuring devices at the Center for Sports Medicine.
